1. Operator and service
These terms govern your use of the VOID Promotions website, waitlist, and application services provided by Byte Tech Solutions Inc. Contact us at support@voidpromotions.com or visit bytetech.cc.
VOID is currently a private Windows beta, with public access planned. Joining the waitlist records interest and consent for access or launch updates. It does not create an app account, guarantee an invitation, establish a release date, or commit you to a price or purchase.
2. Access and account security
Use of the desktop beta currently requires an invitation or authorization from the operator. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, probe other users’ data, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, spam the waitlist, or interfere with operation. Automated submissions that abuse the service may be restricted.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you import or create. You must have the rights and permissions needed for video, audio, music, likenesses, trademarks, and other material you use. You authorize the processing and transfer needed for edits and uploads you explicitly request.
Review exports, captions, account selection, privacy settings, commercial disclosures, and other posting details before authorizing an upload. Local captioning may be inaccurate, and technical readiness checks do not establish copyright compliance or moderation eligibility. Preserve your own backups.
4. Platform integrations
TikTok integration depends on the products, scopes, approvals, and account permissions granted by TikTok. Draft uploads require a final action in TikTok. Public Direct Post requires applicable approval, and processing, visibility, moderation, duration, or rate limits can prevent or delay a post.
Current technical integration does not mean TikTok has approved this app or its intended audience. The website and a waitlist do not establish eligibility. Instagram and Facebook publishing are planned and are not available in the current build. VOID Promotions is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, or CapCut.
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. Connecting an account grants only the permissions you approve; you can revoke that access.
5. Beta availability and changes
The beta may contain defects, change, be interrupted, or lose access to external APIs. We may add, remove, or limit features and pause access to investigate misuse or security incidents. There is no promise of uninterrupted service, a particular audience reach, increased engagement, successful platform review, or successful publication.
We may introduce future paid plans under separately disclosed terms. Joining the waitlist does not authorize any payment or recurring subscription.
6. Privacy and communications
Our privacy policy describes information handling. Waitlist signup requires separate consent to access and launch emails. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by emailing support@voidpromotions.com. Service and account security messages, where applicable, serve a separate operational purpose.
7. Ownership, liability, and your rights
VOID branding, website design, and application materials belong to their respective rights holders. Your authorized use of the service does not transfer those rights. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or operate without error. We are not responsible for platform decisions, content moderation outcomes, or losses caused by rights you did not obtain. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Ending use and contacting us
You can stop using the website or application, revoke connected-platform access, and contact us about removal of server account or waitlist data. Ending use does not itself erase local files on your computer. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.
We may revise these terms as the service evolves and update the effective date. For support, questions, or concerns, contact support@voidpromotions.com. We will work with you to address issues; applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights.
